Let me be the first to write a comment and compliment you on your mission. I have known you for about 15 years and have no doubt you will do a great job in Africa. I love your compassion and zeal for this project and am looking forward to supporting it.
On the 8th August 1969 Rev Peter Church and Rev Tony Louch decided to open Billy Graham Films and launch Go-Tell Communications. On 16th Feb.1971 Go-Tell opened its Office.Over the next 16 years Peter and Tony with the additon of Keith Strugnell, launched evangelistic outreaches, in South Africa, reaching vast audiences for Christ.
In 1976 Tony started a local church called Immanuel Church in a school hall; on Christmas Eve 1983 the new church building was opened on 15 acres of property,Sadly 3 years later on the eve of Christmas, one of the secretaries of the Church Erma Bencini was killed by a terrorist bomb blast. She had been responsible for bringing the Gospel to Tony in 1964. After burying her two days after Christmas, Tony prayed about taking his family to the USA and starting a new ministry.
He resigned from the church he founded and Go-Tell which he co-founded.
Tony's passion for Christ has continued unabated for 43 years. Africa has always been on his heart and in his blood. Now it is time to return to his beloved Africa and fulfill a decade long vision of providing Water Wells and presenting Jesus Christ as the living water, to the poor rural black population.
